Each year the Sudbury Wayland Lincoln Domestic Violence Roundtable sponsors a Valentine’s Day gift bag drive to help make the day a little brighter for adults and children in local shelters and transitional housing. We receive a list of clients in the shelters of three different domestic violence organizations; REACH Beyond Domestic Violence, The Second Step and Voices Against Violence and give each client a special Valentine's Day bag full of small items just to let them know that people do care and are thinking of them at this time.
If you or your group would like to participate, a basket for
donations, through Feburary 12, is located at the Wayland Public Safety Building at the intersection of Route 20 and Route 27 in Wayland, Massachusetts or contact Diane at 978.443.0299.
