Last week, close to 100 people gathered in Parmenter’s Dora Efthim Healing Garden for this annual memorial service. The Lights of Remembrance Service allows all to join together to remember a loved one. Attendees also enjoyed refreshments and the renewal of supportive relationships in the Great Room at Traditions of Wayland. Parmenter wishes to thank Natalie Austrian, Hospice Chaplain; Andrea Heinlein L.C.S.W, Hospice Administrator, and Cindy Mayher, Executive Director of the Parmenter Foundation, located in Sudbury. We wish to send a special thank you to JourneySongs Hospice Choir of Newton and to the many individuals and families who supported this event. Each Light of Remembrance will remain lit until through the winter season.
