Sure it may sound good in writing, but let me tell you, all of the food that schools make now is absolute trash. There is way to much concern about the healthiness of the food. Maybe in towns where families can't provide healthy meals for their children at home this is necessary, but not Sudbury! Pleaseeee just let us eat normal again, this program is a waste of money as kids are being deferred from buying the food because it is sooo terrible!
