Sudbury Cooperative Preschool Hosting Regional and Local Artists for Art Show & Sale
(EDITOR'S NOTE: The following was submitted to Sudbury Patch.)
Sudbury Cooperative Preschool will be transformed into a curated art gallery on Friday, Nov. 30 and Saturday, Dec. 1.
The show will feature over 60 pieces including oil, acrylic, watercolor, photography, and sculpture. We are honored to host work by our featured artist Robert Scott Jackson, as well as local and regional artists who have generously offered their support to the Co-op.
The show will begin with an Opening Cocktail Reception on Friday, November 30 from 7:00 – 9:00 PM, $20 admission per person. On Saturday, December 1 our gallery will be open to the public.
The Co-op is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and 40% of all sales will go to the school and are tax deductible. Proceeds from the Art Show will support student multicultural activities, field trips, and other student programs.
Sudbury Cooperative Preschool, established in 1949, is a parent-run, teacher-staffed cooperative that offers programs for two- to five-year-olds. Unique among area preschools, we offer parents the opportunity to actively participate in their children's success.
We are located at 26 Concord Rd, Sudbury, across from the Goodnow Pubic Library. For more information visit http://www.sudburycoop.org/.
