Boston Man Arrested on OUI Charge in Sudbury
The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A call to the Sudbury Police Department on March 1 regarding a two-accident resulted in the arrest of a Boston man.
According to Lt. Robert Grady, the accident occurred in the parking lot of Shaw's at about 3:53 p.m.
The responding officer witnessed one motorist who was apparently intoxicated. After an investigation was completed, Richard Nakashian, 53, of 85 P St., was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol.
He was released at 9:26 a.m. on March 2.
His car was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.

- A jogger who was on Pelham Island Road reported a car brushed her arm. The jogger saw her own doctor as a precaution. She was only able to give a minor description of the car.
