Braintree Man Wanted in Connection with Sudbury Housebreaks in October

Sudbury police have issed an arrest warrant for Michael Subenko.

The Sudbury Police Department took another step closer to capturing all of the suspects wanted in connection with a rash of housebreaks from October.

According to a press release from Lt. Scott Nix, another suspect has been identified. Sudbury detectives obtained an arrest warrant from Framingham District Court for Michael Subenko, 34, whose last know address is 38 Williams St. in Braintree.

Sudbury police are charging him with larceny from a building, two counts of breaking and entering in the day time with intent to commit a felony, destruction of property and two counts of conspiracy.

"It is believed Subenko is aware he is wanted," Nix said in the release. "Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts please contact the police department where he is believed to be located or Sudbury detectives."

On Oct. 25, Sudbury police announced they captured Sheridan A. Bond, 25, of Boxborough in connection with the alleged crimes.

Tara Marinucci, 27, of Norwood and Jonathan Lemay, 21, of Acton are also facing charges in connection to those housebreaks.

Since he has been breaking the law since he was a child, I would not object to seeing him get a lifetime sentence in prison
