The Lincoln-Sudbury girls basketball team plays host to Dual County League foe Boston Latin. Opening tipoff is slated for 7 p.m.

2. ART & ENTERTAINMENT: Friday morning storytime

Goodnow Library hosts a storytime at 10:30 a.m. for kids ages 2 1/2 years old and older. Today's activities include new books and fun action rhymes to help start off the new year.

Today and tomorrow, Boston Latin hosts the Senior District Festival from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Giorgio's Health and Fitness hosts a night of dodgeball and pizza for kids ages 6 years old and older. Cost is $10 for members; $15 for non-members. See the front desk for more information.
