The Lincoln-Sudbury golf team plays host to Westford Academy. Opening match is set for 3:45 p.m. at Nashawtuc Country Club in Concord.
2. FOOD & DRINK: Clam bake
Longfellow's Wayside Inn will be holding its Napa Valley New England Clam Bake. Check its website for more information. Back by popular demand, this annual event has an added twist, featuring the wines of Napa Valley.
3. SPORTS & RECREATION: Boys soccer
The Lincoln-Sudbury boys soccer team begins its 2012 slate with a home game against Weston. Opening kickoff is slated for 4 p.m. at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School.
4. RELIGIOUS: Children’s Shabbat service
Congregation B’nai Torah is holding fall events to give potential new member families a chance to become familiar with the temple and its leadership.
Tonight at 6:30 there will be a children’s Shabbat service.
