Identification of Sudbury Man Found Dead Released
Sudbury police say cause of death not suspicious.
The identity of a 51-year-old Sudbury resident found dead on North Road Friday night has been released by the Sudbury Police Department.
According to Lt. Scott Nix, the man is Thomas Weis of 394 North Road.
The release of his name had been pending the notification of next of kin.
At approximately 7:35 p.m. on Friday, the Sudbury Police and Fire Departments responded to the area of 484 North Road regarding a 911 call reporting someone in medical distress.
Upon arriving, Weis was discovered unresponsive lying next to the sidewalk. Medical measures were taken and the subject was transported to Emerson Hospital, according to a press release from Sudbury police.
He was wearing a red Natick Redman shirt, with tan pants and gray and blue sneakers. Additionally, he had what appeared to be an “Indala” security pass key (depicted in the attached photo).
Nix said there appears to be no foul play involved in Weis' death.
