The general consensus across the United States is that gun violence in America is a serious public health issue which has reached a tipping point. Many feel that special interest groups can no longer stand in the way of common sense injury-prevention laws. President Obama has declared this to be an issue of national importance and has called for substantive change. The first step in our grass roots movement intended to reduce gun violence is for us to become better educated about this issue. We need to learn about the epidemic of gun accessibility, current successful gun restriction policies, and to become familiar with programs that are intended to reduce gun violence across this and other countries.
Please join me in attending an educational program which will take place on Wednesday, Jan. 16, at 7 p.m. at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. The event will be moderated by Peter Koutoujian, Middlesex sheriff, and will feature several prominent speakers and guests.

Will the NRA be there or will this be a one sided propaganda show ?

Move on Sudbury Citizen. Your toxic tongue makes reading about good people doing good things a Sudbury embarrassment. Don't you have a small business to boycott or Church to go to?

sudburycitizentoo, I asked a fair question. Is this going to be a propaganda show or a equal discussion ?
