A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on Friday morning resulted in the arrest of a Marlborough man, who was also wanted by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

At about 10:55 a.m., Gustavo Desouza, 27, of 35 Davis St., Apt. 2, was pulled over on Concord Road.

After the responding officer completed an investigation, Desouza was arrested and charged with:

• Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle;
• Speeding;
• Operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

The investigation also showed Desouza had an ICE warrant.

He was transported to Framingham District Court later on Friday for his arraignment.

• Officers responded to Stone Road for a report of a domestic problem between a male subject and his ex-wife regarding the well-being of their juvenile child. Officers assisted both parties with exercising their rights in relation to the abuse prevention laws. Lt. Scott Nix said the Wayland Police Department was notified as the issue transpired in their jurisdiction. Nix said Wayland PD is currently investigating the matter.
• A Willow Road resident reported fraudulent activity on his credit card. The resident said two charges from Louisiana were made. A report was made to forward to his bank.
