Milford Man Faces Multiple Motor Vehicle Charges in Sudbury

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on March 16 on Boston Post Road resulted in the arrest of a Milford man.

According to Lt. Scott Nix, an officer monitoring traffic at about 10 p.m. witnessed a car traveling above the posted speed limit.

After pulling over the car and completing an investigation, the officer arrested Hernan Lemus, 33, of 19 Green St., Apt. 7, and charged him with:

  • following too close;
  • speeding;
  • operative a motor vehicle with a revoked license as a habitual traffic offender;
  • operating a motor vehicle with a subsequent offense of a suspended license.

Lumus was released at 1:55 a.m. on March 17 and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on March 18.
