New Hampshire Man Charged With Violating Restraining Order
The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A call to the Sudbury Police Department on March 12 regarding a domestic issue resulted in the arrest of a New Hampshire man.
Officers were dispatched to Stexton Street at about 3:15 p.m. to investigate the complaint.
A little more than two hours later, Craig Smetana, 43, or 132 Old Milford Road, Brookline, N.H., was arrested at police headquarters.
He was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
Smetana was held overnight and arraigned the morning of March 13 at Framingham District Court.
