Bonnie's BC is the best exercise program in Town. I was out of the loop as far as exercising was concerned for a long time. I signed up for Bonnie's BC and am so happy I did! Bonnie motivates you in such a way that you want to work that much harder to get results. She is personable, fun, energetic and works you hard but in a positive and personalized manner. Bonnie's BC can't be beat!

I went to Bonnie's class barely moving and running out of gas 10 minutes into the class. Bonnie is a super coach: she encouraged me constantly, adjusted moves so I can build my strengths and she is so determined! Few weeks later I was able to last for a full hour of jumping, sprinting, squatting, holding the plank. Went back home exhausted and triumphal. I am now able to do other full hours fitness classes without collapsing, keep up my with son, running UP the stairs and having friends complimenting on my figure! I have a proper posture, I move quick and overall my feeling of well being reflects around others . Thank you Bonnie! You turned back the time dial for me!

Koko FitClub is fabulous. I'm 34 years old, and for the first time in my life I actually look forward to working out, mainly because I can see the evidence that I'm getting stronger and fitter (16% strength increase in 2 months, faster return from peak heart rate to resting heart rate, general toning w/clothes fitting better). If you hate the "gym scene", definitely check out Koko. The computerized personal training gives you the benefit of personal training without the cost.

Do not pass up on an opportunity to check out Koko FitClub in Sudbury. After you meet the staff and try the Koko approach, you will not go anywhere else for fitness. You work out at your pace but with the guidance of the SmartTrainer, which knows what you can do and what you need to do to get stronger and healthier. The best part is you can get a great workout in less time because the Koko approach pushes you to work harder for your benefit. Absolutely the best place around.

She provides great motivational emails and wonderful healthy food tips to help you eat right. She really cares about your overall health. And she always does it with a great smile (even when she is killing you with just one more burpee or suicide)!
