Lotus Blossom - their new mini lobster tacos are a great refreshing little bite! I love them!

Oh man, Siobhan, those things are addictive! Lotus also has two versions of a Bánh bao that they call "sliders". One with crispy pork and ginger and the other with a seared ahi tuna. For anyone not familiar with a Bao it is a steam bun that envelopes meat like a sandwich.
