Sudbury Man Faces Domestic Charge, Another Arrested on OUI Charge

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

The Sudbury Police Department made three arrests over the weekend, including two that involved local residents.

At about 4:15 p.m. on Friday, a resident at 47 Rolling Lane entered the Sudbury Police Department to report her husband had struck their son the night before.

After an investigation was completed, Charles E. Mills, 44, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery. He was released at 9:02 p.m.

At about 12:34 a.m. on Saturday, Sudbury police responded to a report on a 1-car accident on Old Lancaster Road.

According to Lt. Robert Grady, a car belonging to Patrick J. McMahon, 63, of 96 Moore Road, had rolled over. McMahon was checked out at the scene for injuries, but refused treatment.

After responding officers completed an investigation, McMahon was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation.

At about 1:27 a.m. on Sunday, a Hudson man was pulled over on Boston Post Road for speeding. After the responding officer completed an investigation, Thiago L. Santana, 28, of 2 Main St., was also charged with driving without a license.

He was released at 3:19 a.m.

All three men are scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Tuesday.
