Sudbury Police Help Marlborough PD Arrest Local Man

The following arrest information was obtained from the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

A Sudbury man was arrested Wednesday afternoon to face charges of violating a restraining order in Marlborough.

According to Sgt. John Harris, Sudbury police assisted Marlborough police in conducting the arrest.

Sudbury officers were dispatched to 25 Stone Road to arrest 48-year-old Daniel F. Roberge, where he was arrested without incident.

Roberge was booked in Sudbury before being transported to Marlborough at 2:19 p.m.

Harris said it was believed to be Roberge's first charge of violating a restraining order.

Despite the severe weather that plagued a large portion of the state, Harris said Sudbury escaped unscathed.

There were no reports of power outages or weather-related accidents on Wednesday.
