Sudbury Police Investigating ID Theft of Maynard Farm Road Resident

The following information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

A Maynard Farm Road resident reported to the Sudbury Police Department he found fraudulent accounts that were opened with his name.

According to Lt. Scott Nix, the resident said an eBay and PayPal account were created and that there were a couple of transactions completed with the accounts.

The department is investigating the matter.

In other police news from Tuesday:

  • A tenant on Boston Post Road reported his landlord had threatened him.
  • At 11:42 a.m., officers responded to a two-car accident on Boston Post Road. There were no injuries.
  • A Nobscot Road resident reported a bicycle was stolen from his garage. The bike was valued at $300.
