Sudbury Police Place Drunk Bicyclist in Protective Custody

The following information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, they do not indicate a conviction.

 

On Tuesday evening the Sudbury Police Department responded to 452 Concord Road after receiving a report a bicyclist fell from his bike.

Upon arriving, it was determined the bicyclist, a 47-year-old resident, was intoxicated and transported to Emerson Hospital for treatment.

After being released from Emerson, he was placed into protective custody by Sudbury police. He was turned over to his mother at 7:09 p.m.
