Sudbury's Dr. Ali Domar Discusses Health Tips at Natick Mall Event
Tips on relaxation, fitness and wellness were shared as well a chance to win a free Tempur-Pedic mattress.

Dr. Alice Domar of Sudbury is a mind and body health expert, best-selling author, cutting edge researcher, leader of the renowned Domar Center for Mind/Body Health in Waltham and sought-after public speaker.
Her research focuses on the relationship between stress and different women's health conditions, and creating innovative programs to help women decrease physical and psychological symptoms.
Recently she held a meet-and-greets at the Natick Mall with Bob Greene, who is Oprah Winfrey's personal trainer. Both signed books, gave tips on relaxation techniques, decreasing stress and how to look and feel younger through exercise, nutrition, skin care, and sleep. And there was an opportunity to win a free Tempur-Pedic mattress.
Dr. Domar received her M.A. and Ph.D. in Health Psychology from Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Ferkauf School of Professional Psychology of Yeshiva University. She is an assistant professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Biology at Harvard Medical School, and a senior staff psychologist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She is the author of numerous books, on the advisory board for Parents Magazine, Health Magazine, Conceive Magazine, and Resolve, and on the Board of Experts for LLuminari. Dr. Domar has appeared on the Today Show, Good Morning America, CBS This Morning, PBS, iVillage.com, CNN and the CBS and NBC Evening News, to name a few.
