Sudbury Youths Caught Playing Ding-Dong-Ditch
The following information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.
A Maynard Farm Road resident called 911 on Dec. 30 to report four young males in his yard.
The resident complained the subjects began ringing his doorbell and banging on his door.
Responding Sudbury police officers located three of the four youths, who admitted to playing ding-dong-ditch.
They were advised to stop.

It all starts with a ding dong ditch and before you know it there will be a dine and dash. Leave the kids alone. Innocent fun.

The saddest thing is the kids actually got caught playing ding dong ditch! What has become of the youth? Nobody ever gets caught doing this. You got to run faster kids. What a shame.

With a title like that the jokes fit. First it's ding dong ditch, then mailboxes are destroyed, then worse. The SPD did the right thing to tell the kids to stop because it obviously bothered someone enough to call them. What if the caller was an elderly person or something. Geez.
