Two People Hospitalized in Two Separate Sudbury Accidents

The following information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

The Sudbury Police Department responded to two accidents Thursday on Boston Post Road that resulted in two people being hospitalized.

The first accident happened at about 3:25 p.m. in front of the Lotus Blossom restaurant. According to Lt. Robert Grady, two cars were involved in the crash.

One person was transported to Marlboro Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. One car was towed from the scene.

The other accident happened at about 6:05 p.m. at the intersection at Landham Road. According to Grady, two cars were involved in the crash and one car was towed.

One person was transported to an undisclosed hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Grady said the operator of the other car was cited for the accident.

Also on Thursday, a crane operator walked into the Sudbury Police Department to report his vehicle was damaged after the crane struck power lines on Dakin Road.

There were no injuries and no reports of power outages in the neighborhood.
