Domestic short hair arrived at the Sudbury-based humane society on July 31.
Murphy is a 2-year-old spayed cat who is sweet and friendly.
She came to Buddy Dog Humane Society because her owners were allergic to her.
Murphy would make a great companion for almost any household.
She would do best in a house with children older than 8, and has lived with another cat before.
