Ten-month-old boxer mix arrived at the Sudbury-based humane society on Sept. 4.
Phoebe is a sweet dog who is great kids, cats and other dogs.
She has been in doggy daycare and has socialized well with other dogs.
Phoebe was given up because her barking was too much for her owners to handle in an apartment dwelling. In a private home, her barking issue will improve.
