Waltham, Marlborough Men Arrested in Sudbury on Separate Charges

The following arrest information was obtained from the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Two motor vehicle stops by the Sudbury Police Department early Friday morning resulted in the arrest of two men on separate, but similar, charges.

At 12:07 a.m., Thomas P. Geary, 28, of 55 Briarwood Road, of Waltham, was pulled over on Boston Post Road.

After the responding officer completed an investigation, Geary was arrested and charged with operating under influence (second offense) and a marked lanes violation.

Also Friday morning, Roland Bernard, 57, of 14 Virginia Ave., in Marlborough, was pulled over at 12:59 a.m.

After an investigation, Bernard was arrested and charged with operating under the influence and a marked lanes violation.

Both men were released later that morning and were scheduled to be arraigned later in the day at Framingham District Court.
