Closed Sales August 2012: there were 29 closed sales during August 2012, down from 31 during August 2012. The median sale price was $606,000, 14.6% lower than the August 2011 median of $709,500.
Pending Sales: There were 25 sales pending in August; exactly the same as in August 2012.
