DESCRIPTION:The two Republican and five Democratic primary candidates for
  the 3rd Middlesex District State Senate seat have accepted an invitatio
 n to the League of Women of Voters Candidates&rsquo\; Night on Wednesday
 \, Aug. 15\, at 7:30 p.m.\, at the Harvey Wheeler Community Center\, 127
 6 Main Street\, West Concord.\nRepublican candidates Gregory P. Howes an
 d Sandi Martinez will sit on the first panel of the evening. Democrats M
 ichael J. Barrett\, Alexander E. Buck\, Mara Marie Dolan\, Joe Kearns Go
 odwin and Joseph W. Mullin will make up the second panel. The candidates
  are vying for the office currently held by Sen. Susan Fargo\, who is re
 tiring from the 3rd Middlesex District seat.\nFollowing opening statemen
 ts\, the candidates will answer questions from the LWV and from audience
  members. Former LWV of Massachusetts President Nancy Carapezza of Wayla
 nd will moderate. After the forum\, audience members may talk with the c
 andidates informally.\nVoters may propose questions before Aug. 15 by em
 ailing VoterService@lwvcc.org. Please include your street address and ci
 ty or town. The district is comprised of Bedford\, Carlisle\, Chelmsford
 \, Concord\, Lexington (precincts 3\, 8\, 9)\, Lincoln\, Sudbury (precin
 cts 1\, 4)\, Waltham and Weston.\nCandidates&rsquo\; Night is free and o
