Mama Ballroom is an exciting group dance class for expectant and new mothers who believe in prenatal and postnatal fitness and want to have fun doing it.
You will be introduced to the basic movements and patterns that are used in many dances. You will learn about music, enjoy dancing to a variety of styles, and start to strengthen your balance and core. Please see our website for further details.
Come meet other new moms! Dance with your baby in a carrier (or in utero)! Have Fun! NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
Designed for moms with babies up to approx. 1 year old (or until baby no longer wants to be in a carrier!)
