ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music & dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system – AND IT'S FUN!! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone the body. It is a mixture of easy-to-follow dance steps with body sculpting movements, including core conditioning and ending with a soothing stretch.
