Numerous Public Hearings Scheduled in Sudbury
Here are 5 things to know today in Sudbury.
2. In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 9, section 5300 of the Sudbury Zoning Bylaw, and Section 5.C of Article V(F) of the Town of Sudbury Bylaws, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 7:45 p.m. at Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, Sudbury, MA on the application of Mahoney Farms LLC for a modification to an approved Senior Residential Community Special Permit Modification dated May 23, 2013, originally granted on June 22, 2005, and a Stormwater Management Permit dated May 23, 2013. Said applications request modifications to several conditions of both approvals as set forth in a letter to the Planning Board dated September 27, 2013. The property is located at Mahoney Farm Lane, Assessors Map M07, Parcel 0014.
Copies of the modification request are on file in the Planning Office and on the town’s website at www.sudbury.ma.us , and may be inspected during regular office hours, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
3. In accordance with the provisions of Article V(F), Section 5.C of the Town of Sudbury Bylaws (Stormwater Management), the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, regarding an application submitted by Eric Kaufman, Applicant, to construct one (1) new single family dwelling on Lot 3, Newbridge Road (Assessor’s Map G11, Parcel 0500), which will involve the disturbance of approximately 25,500 sq. ft. of land area with slopes greater than 10%.
Copies of the plan and application are available in the Planning and Community Development Office and may be inspected during regular office hours.
