Pre-K Basketball Program Available in Sudbury

1. The Sudbury Park and Rec pre-K basketball program will help increase your child’s confidence in passing, shooting, and dribbling. Children will learn all of the basketball techniques they will need while playing games, scrimmaging, and competing in relay races. Please note there is only one guaranteed make-up date, Dec. 14.

2. The Sudbury Earth Removal Board will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 16 at Town Hall, on the following application:

  1. That of NORTHERN BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, applicant, and COLONIAL AUTO OF SUDBURY, owner, for a Permit under the provisions of Article V(A) of the Town Bylaw, to allow removal of 2,109 cubic yards of existing fill deposits for construction of a new commercial building, property shown on Town Map K08 as Parcel 0077, 430 BOSTON POST ROAD, Business District #5.         #13-1 

The application is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

Petitioner must be present or send authorized representative.

3. Sudbury Park and Rec is offering a Pre-K backyard games program, a combination of warm-up games and sports such as soccer, kickball, and various traditional and non-traditional sports and games. It will ease children into learning the basics of all these great games as well as teach them the importance of teamwork.
