Selectmen Holding Office Hours Dec. 10

Here are 5 things to know today in Sudbury.

1. As part of the Sudbury Board of Selectmen Citizen's Comment Procedure, citizens have the option of attending one of the Board's monthly “Office Hours” to discuss items with members of the Board. The Board will begin offering monthly “Office Hours” where no more than two members of the Board will be at different sites in the Town. These office hours are not public meetings with an agenda, but rather a casual, open time for general discussions with Board members. The Board began offering these Office Hours in October 2013 on a trial basis. The Board of Selectmen's Office Hours shall be posted on the Town's web site at least one week before each session.

2. Atkinson Pool has developed an inclement weather policy that will be put into action this winter season. 

For the safety of patrons and employees, the Atkinson Pool will delay opening until 9 a.m. when Sudbury Public Schools are closed or have a delay in opening.

3. The Sudbury Bellringers of Memorial Congregational Church will ring in the Christmas season with the enchanting sound of age-old hand bells. The picturesque Martha Mary Chapel will serve as the venue, providing unmatched atmosphere and a true holiday feel for all in attendance. Tickets are $10 per person.
