Sudbury Resident Earns Degree from University of Hartford

Here are 5 things to know today in Sudbury.

1. Samantha Cole of Sudbury graduated from the University of Hartford during Fall Commencement on Dec. 8 and received a Bachelor of Science in early childhood education.

During her time at the University of Hartford, she was named to the Dean's List twice; once in the fall of 2012 and the other time in the spring of 2013.

The University of Hartford, centrally located in Connecticut, provides a distinctive educational experience across seven schools and colleges for one of the most diverse student bodies in New England.

2. The Town of Sudbury is accepting letters of interest from qualified consultants to assist the Town with providing affordable housing services to the Regional Housing Services Office.

A Request for Proposals has been issued which describes the needed services and required qualifications. The RFP can be obtained by contacting the Planning and Community Development Office at pcd@sudbury.ma.us, or by calling 978-639-3387. Proposals will be accepted until Dec. 13.
