1. Keene State College recently released the Dean's List for the fall semester 2013. Among the 1,498 students named to the Dean's List was Rachael Tilbor of Sudbury.

The Dean's List designation is bestowed to those Keene State College undergraduates enrolled in a degree program who have completed a minimum of six credit hours in the semester, receiving no failing or incomplete grades.

A 3.5 or higher grade point average on a 4.0 scale is required to earn the Dean's List honor.

2. The Sudbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:50 p.m. on Feb. 3 at Town Hall on the following application:

  • That of BENJAMIN AND EMILY MAY, applicants and owners, for a Special Permit under the provisions of Section 2420 of the Zoning Bylaw, to construct an attached garage measuring approximately 13.5’x22’ and a small mudroom on a nonconforming lot to be located approximately 5 feet from the side yard resulting in a side yard setback deficiency of approximately 15 feet, property shown on Town Map H04 as Parcel 0279 located at 68 PINE STREET, Residential Zone A-1.           #14-5

The application is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

Petitioners must be present or send authorized representative.

3. Sudbury's Annual Town Meeting will commence May 5 at 7:30 p.m. at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School.  

The Warrant period is now open. Articles should be submitted to the Selectmen's Office no later than 5 p.m. on January 31.
