Sudbury's Eric Costa Participates in 'A Night Without a Dorm' at Colby-Sawyer College

Here are 5 things to know today in Sudbury.

1. Eric Costa, a sports management major from Sudbury, was one of 50 Colby-Sawyer College students who attended "A Night Without a Dorm" in support of National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week. 

Co-sponsored by Colby-Sawyer College's Sociology Club and the Campus Activities Board, the 12-hour event raised awareness about homelessness while collecting donations for the Concord Cold Weather Shelter.

2. In observance of Thanksgiving Day, all non-emergency Town offices will be closed Nov. 28.

As has been the practice for the past several years, two Town buildings – Town Hall and the Flynn Building – will be closed on Friday, Nov. 29, for the long weekend. Offices in these buildings will re-open on Monday, Dec. 2 at the usual hours.
