Join The Fun – Support the HOPEsudbury Telethon and Auction

HOPEsudbury is seeking performers, auction donations, and volunteers for its community-wide annual Telethon and Auction scheduled from 12-10pm Saturday, November 2nd at Lincoln-Sudbury High. Last year's Telethon involved hundreds of community members of all ages. Here’s how to get involved:

1. Donate an Item or Service to Our Auction

Our on-air auction is always fun and exciting thanks to our generous donors. Sports, symphony or theater tickets, weekend getaways, crafts, jewelry, a gift basket full of goodies or a gift card from your favorite Sudbury merchant are some donation ideas. Be creative and make the auction a success! To donate an item download our Auction Form from hopesudbury.org and return to us by October 1.

2. Show off your Talent

All ages and abilities are encouraged to perform live on SudburyTV. Singers, musicians, dancers, demonstrators and anyone with a talent to share should join the fun. To sign up, download the Talent Sign Up Form and return by October 1.

3. Help out!

Volunteers are needed for all aspects of the event including production (camera work, lighting, sound etc.), talent coordination, auction solicitation and many other day-of-event activities. To volunteer in any capacity please email Anne-Marie Greenberg at Ams410@aol.com

All sign up forms are available at hopesudbury.org.

The bulk of the funds raised support The HOPE Fund, which provides one-time emergency financial support for Sudbury residents who have fallen on hard times. The HOPE Fund has distributed over $327,000 to Sudbury residents since 2002.

HOPEsudbury is a grassroots, all volunteer, non-profit organization designed to engage Sudbury citizens from all walks of life in efforts to provide humanitarian aid to people in need. For more information on HOPEsudbury, go to www.hopesudbury.org.
