The 2013 HOPEsudbury Telethon and Auction was a resounding success due to the hard work and good will of the many volunteers and community-minded businesses, organizations and individuals. We would like to extend our thanks to all who participated, donated, watched, bid, and volunteered.

We also appreciate Sudbury Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Anne Wilson’s support as well as the Curtis, Haynes, Loring, Nixon and Noyes PTOs and principals.

 A big thank you to the Sudbury Public Schools for their help and support during our Pennies for HOPE challenge for HOPEsudbury.  The Curtis Angels did a fabulous job raising over $1,190 in spare change!  Thank you to Sam Karustis and Ivar Henningson for being the Curtis liaisons.  Also, thank you to the elementary schools for encouraging the children to bring their pennies to school and working to make a difference.   Thank you to the wonderful and patient people at Salem Five Bank for counting so many pennies for us.

 Thanks to a host of town staff who provide invaluable support to every Telethon: Maureen Valente, Town Manager; Mark Thompson and Brian Powell of the Technology Dept.; Martha Lynn, Town Social Worker; and Bill Place and Phil Salamon of the Department of Public Works.
