Community Corner

STEWARDSHIP COMMISSION FAIR

after the 5 pm Mass on Saturday, 3/17 and after the 9:30 am Mass on Sunday, 3/18

One way to become a part of St A’s Caring, Committed, Catholic Community is to participate through stewardship. Stewardship is giving of your time, talent or resources sometimes in ways you might not have envisioned. The fair will include Individuals from the many areas which to share your valuable time and/or “talent”. By becoming involved, chances are you’ll find it opens doors to new friendships and a greater sense of belonging.  Examples are:  providing meals for members who are ill,  providing a ride for  someone unable to drive, cleaning the church, singing in the choir, visiting hospitalized members of the community, cooking meals for Fr. Tom, maintaining the landscaping around the Church, planning adult and children’s social events, taking part in the liturgy and much, much more.  Many hands are needed to maintain and nurture our spiritual home.  It could be as little or as much time as you can spare and your efforts will be greatly appreciated.
