Save the Date: Sudbury's Olde Time Community Fair Set for August 23

Save the date! As part of Sudbury's 375th celebration of the town's incorporation in 1639, the town is gearing up for it's Olde Time Community Fair in August, as well as a 375ht Field Day and Fireworks event in September. 

The Olde Time Community Fair will be held on Saturday, August 23 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Sudbury Town Center. A fun family event for all ages, the event will include food, children's games, dancing, treats & sweets, live music, pony rides, a petting zoo, a flower-arranging contest, a baking contest with local chefs as judges and more. 

The event celebrates Sudbury’s agricultural history as a farming community from its settlement in 1638 through the early 1950’s when it began its transition to a bedroom community.

Field Day & Fireworks Event Sept. 6 

The 375th Field Day & Fireworks event will be held at Lincoln-Sudbury High School on Saturday, Sept. 6 from noon to 9 p.m. It will include food, games, live music, dancing, family fun, and fireworks. This event will focus on the wonderful community that Sudbury has become by featuring booths sponsored by community organizations along “Main Street Sudbury.” These organizations will highlight their history and modern day activities.
