What Happened at the Intersection of North, Pantry Roads?

In the latest You Ask, Patch Answers installment, we report on an accident involving a bicyclist.

A male bicyclist was hospitalized the evening of Sept. 30 after an accident involving a motorist on North Road.

According to Lt. Robert Grady, the bicyclist was riding south on Dakin Road. At the same time a motor vehicle was going north on Pantry Road.

"The car took a left on to North Road and collided with the bicyclist in the middle of the intersection," Grady said.

The bicyclist was transported to Emerson Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The bike, made by Trek, was damaged in the accident, but Grady said the estimated amount was unknown.

The motorist had not received a citation as of Oct. 1.
