Sudbury Mother and Daughter Performing in Weekend Musical

The show opens Friday and runs four performances through Sunday.

A mother and daughter from Sudbury will be performing this weekend as a musical opens in Framingham.

Moonstruck Theater Company, in association with Amazing Things Art Center, presents SPECTACULAR SPECTACULAR!!!, which opens on Friday and runs four performances through Sunday at Amazing Things Art Center, 160 Hollis Street in Framingham.

Among the cast will be Nancy and Sara Kimble, a mother-daughter combination that will sing a duet version of "I Dreamed a Dream" from Les Miserables. They will also perform in the ensemble dance numbers.

“This show is not like many others in the sense that it was developed and written from the creativity of the Moonstruck community, and it evolved with the cast," said Sara, a junior at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. "The producers built off the talent and skills of the cast members, so everyone’s strengths are highlighted. This show gives a new and exciting spin to musicals, so you should definitely come see it to get a taste of all your classic favorite musicals.”
