John Nesky (L-S 2004) is an award-winning designer for thatgamecompany and created artificial intelligence to act as a live camera operator in the virtual world. He currently lives in San Francisco.

Christina Agapakis (L-S 2002), a synthetic biologist at UCLA and a recipient of the L’Oréal USA Fellowships For Women in Science award, makes the list for the second time, this time for her work in biology and in challenging the boundaries between science and art.

Brothers Matt (L-S 2004) and Ross Brockman (L-S 2006) are the co-founders of Downeast Cider House with fellow co-founder Tyler Mosher, New England's first and largest craft hard cider company.
