Koko FitClub is fabulous. I'm 34 years old, and for the first time in my life I actually look forward to working out, mainly because I can see the evidence that I'm getting stronger and fitter (16% strength increase in 2 months, faster return from peak heart rate to resting heart rate, general toning w/clothes fitting better). If you hate the "gym scene", definitely check out Koko. The computerized personal training gives you the benefit of personal training without the cost.

Koko Fit is the way to get fit. I have never been one to work out at a gym but I am addicted to Koko. It is challenging and you see results.

Bonnie's Bootcamp rivals any workout including P90X. Great fellowship there makes it especially motivating. She even smiles when she's yelling at you to keep your butt down!

Bonnie's Bootcamp is an incredible workout with a talented instructor! Bonnie brings out the best in each of us every workout! She always offers personal tips and tricks to help keep you motivated and on track! -Liane

Koko has really kept me motivated and in-shape (after years of unsuccessful tries at different health clubs). It truly works with my hectic schedule and the owners/staff are caring, warm and most helpful! I'm hooked!

Do not pass up on an opportunity to check out Koko FitClub in Sudbury. After you meet the staff and try the Koko approach, you will not go anywhere else for fitness. You work out at your pace but with the guidance of the SmartTrainer, which knows what you can do and what you need to do to get stronger and healthier. The best part is you can get a great workout in less time because the Koko approach pushes you to work harder for your benefit. Absolutely the best place around.

I've discovered that Koko provides the best in individualized attention and consistency. The staff genuinely cares about each member. They work so well to get you started, keep you on track, and are always close by to help with any questions. With a format and schedule that anyone can manage at any age, I could not ask for a better place to exercise.

Bonnie's Bootcamp is so much more than a workout (she provides a great total body workout in just 45 minutes). She really cares about getting you into shape in and out of the class. She provides great motivational emails and wonderful healthy food tips to help you eat right. She really cares about your overall health. And she always does it with a great smile (even when she is killing you with just one more burpee or suicide)!

So glad Koko has come to MetroWest. It's the only personalized system that will work for anyone. The best thing you could do for yourself is give it a try.

Zumba With Judy! Truly the most addictive exercise ever. Never leave Judy Quint's Zumba class without a smile on your face. An extremely satisfying full body workout. You won't believe the change in your body!

Bonnie's is the place to be! Bonnie is so motivating in class (and afterwards, with her inspirational newsletters). She pushes you, yet tailors the exercises for multiple fitness levels/limitations. You will be stronger and have more energy after just a few classes!

Koko FitClub is hands down the best place to exercise, especially for all of us out there for whom traditional gyms do not work! The ONLY place where a gym hater like myself loves to exercise and see MEASURABLE results! Koko ROCKS!!!
Amy Heidke February 23, 2012 at 03:53 PM
I love "Get In Shape For Women" It's 4 women working out sharing a personal trainer Great staff, fun, supportive group of women! No gym experience necessary. Book your appointment and get results!

I love Bonnie's Bootcamp! Bonnie has reshaped my body and she gives amazing encouragement and personal coaching. The workouts are fresh and fun! There is no room for slacking, even at 7 months pregnant! Thanks Bonnie!!!

The results I have received from Koko FitClub are AMAZING! I feel stronger and to boot can SEE that I am stronger, because I have had a 23% strength gain! I would be LOST in a world of working out without Koko!
EBaum Koko February 23, 2012 at 11:05 PM
Koko Fitclub is the best! I see dramatic changes in what I am able to do and it is such a friendly and positive environment!
Chris McHatton February 23, 2012 at 11:07 PM
KOKO FITCLUB ALL THE WAY!!!!!! I've been to other gyms but Koko really keeps me motivated and I absolutely love it. I drive out of my way home from work to stop by because I refuse to go any place else.
Don Gross February 24, 2012 at 02:32 AM
The best place is Koko Fit because here you have a program that is designed for your needs only. This is a complete workout that is scientifically geared to give you the maximum benefit for your age and strength level. It is better than a personal trained for one tenth the cost.
jane white February 24, 2012 at 05:14 AM
250 votes for GetInShape in less than 2 hours....and hardly any comments...Hmmm
Deb February 24, 2012 at 01:43 PM
Thanks to Koko, I actually look forward to exercising. I am stronger, healthier and have dropped clothing sizes without feeling that i have "worked" so hard. I love the flexibility and variety of both the strength training and cardio programs. And most of all, Paul and Adam are the best trainers I have ever encountered.
