Bay State Elder Law Opens Sudbury Office – Principal Attorneys are 1980 LS High School Grads

The law firm of Bay State Elder Law announced today that it has opened a new office in Sudbury, located at 111 Boston Post Road.  The fast-growing elder law and estate planning firm adds this second location to its current office in Acton. 

Founded by a nurse attorney, Bay State Elder Law brings to Sudbury its deep experience representing seniors and their families in estate planning, Medicaid and long term care planning, probate, guardianship, special needs and disability planning, trust administration, and VA benefits.  

Principal Attorneys Cathleen Summers and Philip Summers are both 1980 graduates of Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School.  “We are very excited to open our second office to better serve our clients in our hometown,” said Attorney Cathleen Summers.“
