2. HOLIDAY MARKET: Sudbury Art Association (SAA) will make finding that special gift easy this year!  Come to the holiday markdet at Sudbury Crossing, 421 Boston Post Road, at 11 a.m. Twenty-five artists and craftspeople will offer a variety of original, one of a kind items, all created by Sudbury Artisans.

5. WHAT TO CELEBRATE TODAY: Today is Human Rights Day. Human Rights Day, created by the United Nations, promotes awareness of the importance of Human Rights issues around the world. On this date in 1948, the UN General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Each year, the United Nations, establishes a new theme for the year. In 2006, the theme is fighting poverty.
