Friday: Sun gives way to clouds with a few isolated showers after 5pm. Highs in the upper 40s.

Saturday: Milder but cloudy skies. A few showers scattered across the region. Highs in the low 50s.

Sunday: Mostly cloudy skies with a few late afternoon showers. Highs in the upper 40s.

2. PEARL HARBOR DAY AT DANNYS PLACE YOUTH CENTER: There will be a showing of the epic film starring Ben Affleck starting at 5:30.  Cost is $5 for the standard center visit fee if you are not a member.

3. BOXWOOD HOLIDAY TREE WORKSHOP:  Polly Meltzer of the Sudbury Garden Club will once again offer her popular workshop to make a boxwood holiday tree at the Sudbury Senior Center at 10:00 AM.  These are made with fresh boxwood, and last for weeks. To register, please bring a check for $15 to the Senior Center, payable to the Sudbury Garden Club. Bring clippers or scissors with you. The garden club will supply a simple green holder for the tree, or you can bring a suitable holder from home.

5. TODAY IS NATIONAL PEARL HARBOR REMEMBRANCE DAY: Today commemorates the attack on Pearl Harbor, in Hawaii, during World War II. Many American service men and women lost their lives or were injured on December 7, 1941. National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day is also referred to as Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day or Pearl Harbor Day.
