Patience Requested While Town Center Lights Are Being Fixed

Equipment failure slowing down traffic.

Sudbury Police Lt. Robert Grady is asking motorists to pay extra attention while driving through the town's center while crews try to fix the old traffic lights that malfunctioned Thursday.

Grady said the damage was not related to the blizzard from last weekend but that it's likely just old equipment.

"We're doing the best we can," he said. "Safety is a must. We're asking drivers to pay attention to the officers directing traffic."
