What Was Going On Near the Longfellow Glen Friday Night?

Duckett Funeral Home held a wake Friday night for Sudbury resident John Toland who died suddenly Christmas day.

Toland was a member of Sudbury Little League.

"It is with deep and sorrowful regret that we report the passing of John Toland," the league wrote to parents. "John’s exemplary presence both on and off the fields will be greatly missed and is a profound loss to the Sudbury community.

"Our condolences go out to his entire family, including his wife Mary and their four children."

The Sudbury Police Department confirmed the high volume of traffic Friday night was due to the wake and that nothing was happening at the Longfellow Glen apartment complex.
