Sudbury Special Election Just Over a Week Away

The Special Town Election will take place on June 24 with polls open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The latest Sudbury election is just over a week away as a Special Town Election will take place on Tuesday, June 24.

The Special Election will ask voters if they approve of an exclusion in order to purchase a Fire Department ambulance and fire engine, as related to Article 15 of Annual Town Meeting.

Voters will be asked to come to the polls between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. that day, with Precinct 1, 1A, 2, and 5 voting at the Fairbank Community Center and Precinct 3 and 4 casting their vote at Lower Town Hall.

Absentee ballots are currently available online or through the Town Clerk's Office between normal business hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The absentee ballot application deadline is 12 p.m. on June 23.
