Listen to Your Heart
February is National Heart Month. The U.S Health and Human Services Department is leading a campaign entitled listen to your heart. At the Sudbury Senior Center located on Fairbanks Rd. on February 11, 2013 at noon, Parmenter will present a Listen to Your Heart Program. Phyllis Schilp, Parmenter's Sudbury Board of Health Nurse will present a Heart Health community education program. Phyllis will also be available to answer your health questions.
